At ECMC, we offer family medicine and pediatrics at several locations. For children, families, and seniors, itʼs important to establish a relationship with a pediatrician or family physician. Having this relationship means that there is one central source for preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of health issues, and annual well checks.
Family physicians and pediatricians can also refer patients for follow-up care, while remaining informed about any specialty care needed.
ECMC offers family medicine and pediatric care to serve our entire population at two facilities.
On-Campus Care at the Grider Family Health Center
Located on the third floor in the Ambulatory Center building on the ECMC Health Campus, ECMC’s Grider Family Health Center is a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home serving adults, children, and the elderly, offering proactive, team-based-care working together with our patients with their best interests in mind.

ECMC Family Health Center
Located on the ECMC campus, the ECMC Family Health Center is a PCMH Level 3 Certified Clinic, offering access to a diverse group of physicians for primary care and family medicine.
Here, families—including children, adults, and seniors—have easy access to a variety of physicians, including family physicians, pediatricians, and geriatric specialists for senior care. In addition, the ECMC Family Health Center offers an on-site lab facility, as well as flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments.
Our doctors are on call 24 hours a day, and our patients can also always speak to a nurse by phone during business hours to discuss any health questions and concerns. (Learn more »)
