National Certified Nurses Day
is observed every March 19th.
Everyday lives are affected because of the care of certi ed nurses.
Certi ed nurses dedicate their entire careers to helping others and often work long hard hours. National Certi ed Nurses Day honors and recognizes them and their signi cant achievements. Their advanced skills require continuing education, re- certi cation, and continued knowledge of every changing technology. Certi ed nurses balance clinical needs and patient care. Emergency Nurse, SANE-A – Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, CNML – Certi ed Nurse Manager and Leader, TCRN – Trauma Certi ed Registered Nurse, CARN – Certi ed Addictions Registered Nurse, Wound Care, Infection Control, Behavioral Health, and many more.
