Pamela Lee is Senior Vice President of Operations of Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMCC). Prior to joining ECMCC, Pamela served as the Chief Operating Officer of Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, Missouri. During her career, she has served in several executive positions that have focused in operations, patient safety, and quality. From 2010 to 2016, Pamela was the Executive Vice President of Hospital Operations and Chief Quality Officer for United Medical Center in Washington, DC. United Medical Center is an urban, 354-bed, not-for-profit facility. During her tenure, Pamela partnered with an outside consulting firm to lead a successful operational turnaround for the organization.
An active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Pamela is a passionate community leader and volunteer. She is a Registered Nurse. Throughout her professional career, Pamela has consistently utilized a unique skill set combining hospital operations experience with prior roles working for the Joint Commission and serving as a Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award examiner, to partner with, problem solve and steer health care leaders in achieving high-quality, cost-effective, patient satisfying results.
