ECMC YOUniversity Inaugural Leadership Orientation Class

Fifteen leaders were chosen from across various departments to participate in ECMC’s first formal leadership development course, which provides 30 hours of training on technical skills and soft skills necessary to grow employees and departments. The leadership orientation is the foundational training of the YOUniversity and is a strategic effort of ECMC’s ‘new brand’ as the hospital of choice for leaders, providers, and patients.
