RFP 20207 In-Person Interpretative Services
ECMCC is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide in-person interpretative services for individuals who speak non-English languages, as well as interpretation services for deaf and hearing-impaired individuals. ECMCC expects to award one primary and one secondary contract for non-English interpretive services as well as one contract for sign language interpretive services. The services of the primary contractor for each category will be utilized except in situations where a translator is unavailable from the prime contractor, or when a patient explicitly requests otherwise. Respondents may submit responses for non-English interpretative services only, sign language services only, or both.
