Kaleida Health, ECMCC and Brooks TLC Hospital System (the “Parties”) have completed an analysis designed to evaluate the overall costs of Spinal Implant products purchased within our hospitals. Given the current environment of declining reimbursement and incremental cost pressure, it is imperative that we collectively address the costs associated with these products.
