IFB #2023-04 EMERGENCY AND ON-CALL SNOW REMOVAL AND RELOCATION SERVICES

ECMCC is seeking bids for snow removal and relocation services on an on-call and as-needed basis from a professional large scale company. The intended scope of services would require the bidder to provide and operate heavy equipment (such as a high-lift/front loader machine and/or large backhoe) to load accumulated snow into dump trucks/trailers (also bidder-provided and operated), and haul away off-site (no ECMCC-owned property; this is the bidder’s responsibility), and/or provide a portable snow melter machine on-site to melt accumulated snow and discharge water runoff into an appropriate storm sewer drainage inlet.
