Dr. Andrea Manyon is a family physician with UBMD Family Medicine. Her clinical focus is on preventive care and patients with complex medical conditions.
At the Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, Dr. Manyon is associate dean for student affairs, providing academic and career counseling for students during their four years of medical school, as well as a clinical professor.
In addition to practicing family medicine for nearly 30 years, Dr. Andrea Manyon has conducted research in medical education. Her focus has been creating a clinical skills course for first-year medical students and developing authentic evaluation strategies. She has presented these topics and led discussion on them at many national conferences.
