Kevin Hogan is Vice Chair of ECMC’s Board of Directors.
Currently, he is partner in the Buffalo office of Phillips Lytle, where he focuses his practice on the areas of environmental law, intellectual property, and litigation, including environmental compliance at the state and federal levels and environmental issues related to corporate and commercial transactions.
His representative cases include experience defending clients in environmental cost recovery claims, toxic exposure lawsuits, engineering and professional malpractice claims, and disputes involving patents, licenses, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
Kevin Hogan is admitted to practice in New York State, the US District Court of Northern and Western Districts of New York, the US District Court of the Northern District of Illinois, and the US Court of Appeals (Second and Third Circuits). In addition, he is a member of a number of professional associations, including the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
He is also committed to community engagement, having served on the Board of Governors of the Buffalo Tennis & Squash, the Board of Directors of the Church Mission of Help, and the Board of Advisors of the Westminster Early Childhood Programs.
