ECMC’s YOU Center for Wellness is an inclusive and safe environment that welcomes all patients.

We strive to meet the needs of our patients with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, nurses, case managers, nutritional consultants, drug counselors, and mental health counselors on our staff and also through partnerships with a myriad of community agencies.

Conditions and Diseases

The YOU Center for Wellness treats several conditions, including:

  • HIV/AIDS
  • HIV/HCV Co-infection
  • HIV Prevention; pre-exposure prophylaxis  (PrEP)
Treatments and Procedures
  • Free or low-cost PrEP to all patients including both oral and newer injectable forms
  • Provide free condoms and lubrication to all patients at every visit
  • Comprehensive STI screening, and if necessary, same day treatment
  • HPV vaccination
  • Community education
