ECMC’s Wellness program is designed to create a culture of well-being for our employees. Wellness is a lifestyle that is incorporated into every facet of daily life: physical activity, nutrition, emotional, and financial health. Cultivating a culture of wellness to reach your personal goals transforms something you need to do into something you want to.
We must adhere to COVID guidelines which include social distancing, mask wearing during class, and limiting the number of participants.
Beginning January 1 of each year, active employees, along with their spouses, (individuals enrolled in ECMC Medical Insurance) are eligible to participate in Part I and Part II of the LMHF Wellness Incentive Program. Part I requires that Employee and/or spouse receive an annual physical by their Primary Care Physician and submit the necessary paperwork to LMHF. Upon completion and LMHF verification, participant will receive a $0.00 HRA debit card. Additionally, you may receive an extra $50 for completing the Part II requirements. The program runs January 1 through December 31, at which time, the benefit re-sets and begins tracking the next year’s activities.
*You must be enrolled into an ECMC BCBS of WNY plan to receive Wellness dollars for completing wellness actions.
Verification paperwork for Part 1 and 2 is provided in the Wellness packet which can be obtained outside of the HR Office door. The employee and/or spouse can complete the wellness actions to receive your health spending debit card. If both parts one and two are completed, money will be loaded onto the same health spending debit card.
