At ECMC’s Center for Infusion, we understand the importance of comprehensive and compassionate care for patients requiring outpatient infusion treatments. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our patients.
Referring Physicians: Follow the below checklist. If we do not receive all documents with your referral, the order is subject to delays.
**It may take up to 14 business days for the patient’s insurance company to approve or deny an authorization request.**

- Ensure medication order is clearly annotated, including any pre-medication and lab orders, as necessary.
- Patient Demographics
- Current Medication List and H&P
- Recent Visit Notes
- Lab Results
- Patient Insurance Card
- Existing Prior Authorization (if applicable)
