How ECMC Virtual Help Center Visits Work

  1. Select a timeslot for your virtual visit below. 
  2. An ECMC representative will contact you via phone to set up a convenient time for your visit and collect additional information. 
  3. Follow the instructions provided to connect to your virtual visit via phone or video.

If you would like to inquire about additional time slot availability, please call (716) 898-1594. Normal business hours of the Help Center are 8:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m.

  • Anxiety 
  • Depression 
  • Obsessive thoughts and behaviors 
  • Hallucinations 
  • Feelings of hopelessness or helplessness
