How ECMC Virtual Help Center Visits Work
- Select a timeslot for your virtual visit below.
- An ECMC representative will contact you via phone to set up a convenient time for your visit and collect additional information.
- Follow the instructions provided to connect to your virtual visit via phone or video.

If you would like to inquire about additional time slot availability, please call (716) 898-1594. Normal business hours of the Help Center are 8:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m.
Conditions we can evaluate and help treat through a virtual visit
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Obsessive thoughts and behaviors
- Hallucinations
- Feelings of hopelessness or helplessness
Note: Immediate medication is not guaranteed.
