ECMC’s Center for Cardiovascular Care provides consultation and treatment for a variety of cardiovascular diseases along with access to our state-of-the-art, non-invasive and diagnostic laboratories.

ECMC’s infectious disease and immunodeficiency services provide treatment and prevention for wide variety of infectious diseases. Onsite intravenous therapy and diagnostic laboratory testing offers convenient treatment options.

ECMC’s neurology and neurophysiology service provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for various diseases of the nervous and neuromuscular system, including epilepsy and Parkinson’s disease.

The Center for Occupational & Environmental Medicine utilizes a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis, management, and prevention of work and environmental diseases. Specialized clinical staff and board-certified occupational medicine physicians provide state-of-the-art services for the Western New York workforce.

ECMC’s Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery offers comprehensive care and management of injuries and disorders of the face, mouth, and jaw. Prosthetic rehabilitation and reconstruction is also available for patients with defects or disabilities from a disease, trauma, or injury.

ECMC’s Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient orthopaedic care to manage disorders and injuries of the musculoskeletal (muscle and bone) system.

ECMC’s Department of Otolaryngology (ENT) provides medical and surgical services for people with ear, nose, and throat conditions and diseases, both benign and malignant.

ECMC’s pain management team offers a comprehensive, patient-centered, multi-modal approach in the treatment of chronic pain related to headache, neck/back pain, upper/lower limb pain, and abdominal/pelvic pain.

ECMC’s podiatry services provide care that restores comfort and function to your feet by treating a variety of problems related to their intricate network of bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, blood vessels, and nerves.

ECMC’s Pulmonary & Sleep Center and Function Testing Lab are run by board-certified pulmonary, critical-care, and sleep physicians who offer outpatient care for patients dealing with a variety of pulmonary conditions.

ECMC’s rheumatology team specializes in treating patients with inflammatory joint diseases and connective tissue diseases.

ECMC’s inpatient and outpatient programs for substance use are designed to serve a variety of needs. All programs provide comprehensive medical and psychological treatment methods and are certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) and The Joint Commission.

ECMC’s Department of Surgery offers post-operative care to patients of general surgery, specialized surgery (vascular, thoracic, neurosurgery, and more), and trauma/injury related diagnoses.

Part of ECMCʼs Department of Urology, our urology services offer complete care, including surgical procedures for patients with diseases of the male or female urinary tract and the male reproductive system.

ECMC’s wound care services and hyperbaric oxygen therapy provides specialized treatment for chronic or non-healing wounds that have not significantly improved from conventional treatments.
