Chronic Disease Management & Specialty Pharmacy
At Erie County Medical Center we support patients with complex, chronic, and rare conditions. Our patient-centered approach improves the health of our community with exceptional care, access, and value. Erie County Medical Center makes it easier for our patients by offering chronic disease management and specialty pharmacy services.
Patients managing challenging conditions are often prescribed specialty medications. These medications are not available at traditional retail pharmacies because they require specific storage, careful dispensing, and close monitoring for side effects. At Erie County Medical Center Specialty Pharmacy, we are accredited experts equipped to carry and dispense such specialty medications.
