Ann Marie LiCausi, LCSW | Licensed Social Worker
Ann Marie LiCausi has over 20 years of experience providing therapy to individuals struggling from the challenges of eating disorders and supporting bariatric patients. She served as the Executive Director of The Eating Disorders Association of Western NY for several years. This organization was dedicated to providing outpatient counseling and education to individuals suffering from eating disorders. Ann Marie has been providing support to the Bariatric community since 2009. In this role she provides psychological pre-surgical evaluations, counseling support, educational workshops for bariatric surgical patients.
Her clinical education experience includes a BSW from Buffalo State College and an MSW from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Ann Marie is also a Certified Health Care Social Worker, nutrition certified and a reiki practioner. She is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers and received recognition as a recipient of Business First’s Healthcare 50 award in 2012.
