Previously, Dr. Kareem was a nephrology fellow at Westchester Medical Center where he was Chief Nephrology Fellow and Educational Chief Fellow. A frequent presenter, Dr. Kareem is well-published on topics related to kidney transplantation, hemodialysis, and other subjects.
