Dr. Suzanne Griffith is the Chief of Service in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at ECMC. Caring for women through all stages of life, her patients range in age from adolescence to post menopause. Dr. Griffith and her colleagues provide preventative services, obstetric care, and treat a full range of gynecologic conditions. Her specific interests and expertise include low- and high-risk obstetric care, postpartum care, contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding, uterine fibroids, minimally invasive surgery and menopause. Dr. Griffith’s goal is to provide patients with the highest level of care. It is important to her that patients understand all of their options to enable them to make the most informed decisions regarding their medical care. As a clinical assistant professor at the Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, she is passionate about medical student and resident education. Dr. Griffith is dedicated to training the next generation of physicians to provide kind and compassionate care for their patients.
Dr. Griffith has been recognized for excellence in both medical student and resident education. Her professional memberships include the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
