ECMC promotes two clinical administrators, Phyllis Murawski, MS, RN (left) and Jessica Mondoux, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR (right).

BUFFALO, NEW YORKErie County Medical Center (ECMC) Corporation officials announced the promotion of two clinical administrators.

Phyllis Murawski, MS, RN, has accepted the leadership position of Chief Quality Officer.  Phyllis Murawski has a B.S. in Nursing from Daemen College, Amherst, NY.  She holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Change from Daemen College.  Most recently, since 2014, Phyllis Murawski has served as the Vice President of Transplant and Renal Services.  She has guided ECMC through several key Transplant Accreditations and achieved many other important clinical distinctions in her tenure.  Under her leadership, the ECMC program for kidney transplants has risen to one of the busiest in the country.

Jessica Mondoux, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR, will assume the position of Vice President of Transplant and Renal Services.  Jessica Mondoux has served ECMC as Director of Transplantation since 2021.  She holds a B.S. degree in Nursing from Daemen College, Amherst, NY, and a Master of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University, St. Bonaventure, NY.  She has held several healthcare leadership positions in her career and has most recently played a very important leadership role at ECMC.  Jessica Mondoux, in her new role, in collaboration with her colleagues, is expected to achieve further success for ECMC Transplant and Renal Services.
