RFP #202107 ACTUARIAL SERVICES WORKERS’ COMPENSATION

Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide actuarial services, and in particular to provide mid-year and annual estimates of the reserve requirements for ECMCC’s self-insured workers compensation program for the period January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2011 and April 1, 2016 through current and its high-deductible insured workers’ compensation program effective January 1, 2012 – March 31, 2012. The actuarial estimates will be relied upon to record financial statement liabilities and related financial statement footnote disclosures annually as of May 31st and November 30th (rolled forward to December 31st) in accordance with Government Accounting Standards Board (“GASB”) requirements.
