RFP #202122 OUTSIDE LEGAL /ATTORNEY SERVICES

Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified law firms with at least 15 years of healthcare or other related experience to provide legal services encompassing the traditional scope of work including legal counsel, opinions, consultation and other matters within any segment or all of the following areas of practice including, but not limited to: municipal law and finance, general corporate matters, physician contracting, payer contracting, purchasing and procurement, corporate compliance, tax and real estate matters, estate and Surrogate matters, foreclosure matters, bankruptcy matters, collections, financial transactions, public disclosure issues, environmental law, franchise law, immigration law, leases, Article 15-A of the Executive Law, insurance coverage and claims, general litigation matters (excluding medical malpractice, workers compensation and employment), Medicaid proceedings and matters, Medicare and other payment-related appeals, mental health proceedings, guardianship proceedings, regulatory and other governmental inquiries and investigations, and clinical research.
