Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide legal advice, counsel, services, and consultation to ECMCC at the direction of the Office of General Counsel for No Fault Account Recovery Legal Services. Services provided may be required to settle outstanding, unpaid or denied no fault claims. This may include case management, motion practice, and processing, formal arbitration, litigation, or settlement negotiations.
