RFP #202221 UKG PRO IMPLEMENTATION

Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified IT companies that offer implementation services for UKG Pro that will best meet the organization’s needs as further outlined below. ECMCC currently uses Kronos WFC for its payroll and HR application. ECMCC seeks to implement UKG Pro People Center (Core HR), Payroll and Payroll Services, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Learning Management, and People Assist, but will require that Core HR and Payroll are fully configured and operational by September 2023 for a go-live with the pay period running 9/10/2023 through 9/23/2023, with a pay date of 9/29/2023. ECMCC is looking for supplemental implementation services, as UKG Professional Services will be the primary vendor implementing the product. Proposals should include not only initial implementation but ongoing support services following go-live.
