RFQ 01-2023 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR AND FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AND REPAIRS

Erie County Medical Center Corporation (“ECMCC”), on behalf of its hospital and Terrace View Long-Term Care Facility, is seeking qualifications from qualified New York State licensed plumbing contractors and fire protection maintenance and repair companies to provide related services on a project-by-project basis for “on-call” maintenance and repair services and regular ongoing work at the ECMCC Campus (please refer to Appendix C, ECMCC Campus Map). Through this process, ECMCC intends to create and maintain a pool of qualified applicants for these services. Vendors qualified by ECMCC shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment for a complete system including any related components required to complete the service projects. In an emergency situation, the chosen vendor(s) must be willing and able to respond within two (2) hours of contracted by ECMCC. Applicants are not required to provide all services and may submit qualifications for all services requested or a portion thereof.
