Biography

Jemma Rampersaud, MD | Attending Physician | ECMC Family Health Center

Dr. Jemma Rampersaud, Attending Physician, provides primary care services with a patient-centered and team-based approach alongside ECMC’s current panel of primary care physicians at ECMC Family Health Center. Dr. Rampersaud has been appointed Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. 

Dr. Rampersaud completed her Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship program at the University at Buffalo and Family Medicine residency program at Charleston Area Medical Center/West Virginia University. Dr. Rampersaud is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Dr. Rampersaud’s professional interests include quality initiatives surrounding palliative care and survivorship care.  ECMC Family Health Center looks forward to an ongoing partnership with Dr. Rampersaud to advance academic research in Advanced Care Planning to the benefit of our Buffalo community.
