Biography

Ronald Bennett is a member of ECMC’s Board of Directors, as well as a senior partner of Bennett, DiFilippo & Kurtzhalts, LLP. His experience includes 45 years of legal practice. In addition to a general practice of law, he specializes in municipal law, representing a number of municipalities.

A former Erie County Legislator and First Deputy County Attorney, Ronald Bennett, has established a family-type and elder law practice in the
Southtowns. He has extensive practice in the commercial field, representing corporations as well as his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Holland. As the owner of Holland Speedway in Holland, New York, Ronald Bennett possesses a unique facet in the commercial world with the practical experience of operating a successful business for over 45 years.
