Purpose
The role of the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is to elevate Diversity as a strategic priority for ECMCC through developing, implementing, and communicating initiatives such as: raising cultural diversity awareness, increasing patient and employee engagement, and providing training which speaks to the heart of Erie County Medical Center Corporation’s Culture of Care; collaborating with leadership and community leaders to promote cultural sensitivity and inclusion throughout the organization.
