Mission: To provide every Teammate with the education and support necessary to learn, grow, and be the True Care Difference.

The YOUniversity is an employee development institute offering a suite of trainings to Teammates at every level of service and experience at ECMC. The YOUniversity is part of a collaborative effort between the HR Training Department, The Office of Talent Acquisition, and The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This collaboration will provide ongoing education, support and development at every location, to every level of service, and to every Teammate throughout ECMC.

ECMC is proud to have a diverse workforce and a diverse patient population. The YOUniversity and the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion have collaborated to create the Diversity YOUniversity. We are committed to providing training opportunities focused on understanding and embracing each of our differences. The offerings are centered on topics such as cultural competency, health literacy, and unconscious bias.
